The Ascension of Christ - Part 2

Most teaching & preaching during the Easter celebration ends with the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. However, that’s not the end of the story. If we stop at the empty tomb we will miss out on some beautiful truths about the Lord’s appearances & His Ascension, & miss the important instructions He gives to His followers. So, we’re going beyond the empty tomb this morning.

         Though Luke & Mark do not give the timeline, we learn in the Book of Acts that the Ascension of Christ did not take place immediately after His resurrection, but 40 days later.
