This Is My Story

Every believer has a story worth telling. In Psalm 40, David looks back over his life and tells what God did for him when he waited patiently and cried out to the Lord.

Key Verse: "He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings." - Psalm 40:2 (KJV)

David's testimony moves from waiting to deliverance: God heard his cry, lifted him out of the horrible pit, set his feet upon a rock and put a new song in his mouth. In this message, Pastor Marc Williamson shows that God doesn't just pull us out of the pit and leave us there. His wonderful works continue, and His thoughts toward us are more than can be numbered as He works out His purpose for our lives.

It is good in times of trouble to remember what God has already done. Your story of His goodness is meant to be told.
